Portrait commissions and custom works are governed by specific conditions agreed in writing. In general:

• A prior agreement specifying technique, dimensions, deadlines and price is required.
• A deposit (usually 50%) is requested to start work.
• Copyright of the created work belongs to the artist, unless explicit transfer agreement.
• The client acquires the physical work and private exhibition rights, not commercial reproduction rights.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

Participation in courses and workshops is governed by specific conditions communicated at the time of registration. In general:

• Payment grants access to the course for the established period.
• Materials provided are for personal use of the participant.
• Recording or distribution of course content is not permitted.
• Cancellations must be notified in advance according to specific cancellation policy.

By subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to receive communications about new works, exhibitions and projects from the artist.

• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email.
• We will not share your email address with third parties.
• Sending frequency is approximately monthly, may vary depending on artistic activity.

Eduardo Caamaño is not responsible for:

• Damages arising from the use of information contained on the site.
• Technical errors, interruptions or failures in site operation.
• Content linked from external sites.
• Unauthorized use of works by third parties.
• Damage caused by viruses or malware downloaded from the site.
